She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2017 with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. While at USC, she served as a campus Tour Guide, Assistant Recruitment & Dance Chair for Chi Omega, and exec board at Omicron Delta Kappa. She was nationally recognized for academic and leadership excellence through Mortar Board and Eta Sigma Delta honor societies. After graduation, Lindsay moved to Washington, D.C. and began her career with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, quickly becoming one of the top sales producers in the DC region. In 2020, she tapped into her pre-professional dance background and became a cycling instructor at CycleBar, leading her studio in rider retention and engagement. Lindsay left CycleBar in 2023 to be a founding instructor at HUSTLE Cycle & Strength. Lindsay left the HUSTLE brand in July 2025 and currently only coaches under her own brand, Bad Bish Fitness. During the pandemic, Lindsay transitioned into small business operations at a real estate coaching company, where she led a national team, rebranded the company, and oversaw marketing, product development, sponsorships, influencer strategy, and creative direction. Today, Lindsay is a top-performing Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she partners with C-suite leaders across industries to drive innovation, implement cloud solutions, and support strategic business transformation. In 2025, Lindsay launched Bad Bish Fitness, her own fitness brand centered on hyperlocal, high-energy pop-up workouts across Washington, D.C. The brand connects community through movement and collaborates with local businesses to create immersive, wellness-forward experiences.
